Jacqueline Freedman

CEO + Founder

Jacqueline Freedman is the Founder of Monarch, where she helps organizations solve what are often perceived as technology problems but are, in reality, systems design challenges.

With 15+ years of experience across hypergrowth and enterprise companies, she has built and scaled marketing operations, Martech, and data systems reaching hundreds of millions of customers globally. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution — connecting teams, tools, and processes into systems that actually function.

She was the founding Marketing Operations hire at Grammarly, where she architected the company’s transition to a B2B2C, product-led growth model and built the cross-functional infrastructure connecting Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering. Prior to that, she was an early member of WeWork's marketing team, where she built and scaled the global email program during a period of hypergrowth.

Through her advisory work, she partners with organizations to diagnose root causes, design scalable systems, and build internal capability, not dependency.

She is also the host of Making Sense of Martech, a podcast that cuts through industry noise with practical, experience-backed insights. No hype. Just how it actually works.
